At C-MMACS, the joy of work is to keep myself busy with taking dictation and transcribe notes on the PC using Word, File papers so that they can be found readily. Read and sort out the papers for mailing, answer the telephone and make outgoing calls; make appointments for my employer and keep records of them. Compose letters and help to prepare reports, agenda for the meeting. Meet the people who come into the office, type material from my employer's long hand notes, make travel arrangements, keep financial records and key in using Quattro pro and making charts and graphs, type minutes of the meetings, reports, type material to be published, keep personal records for employer, keep record of all general correspondence of staff, prepare circulars, recruitment files and data are maintained, all budget files, equipments, purchase and tour details and tour programmes are feed into the computer. Apart from all these I use duplicating machine, fax, e-mail. I also provide assistance to the Sc-in-Charge in the areas of national/ international/inter-agency collaborative programmes, University programmes, coordination of technical documents, budgetary planning, public relations and liaison, and other managerial/administrative work assigned by the Sc-in-Charge, from time to time. Keep myself busy is my JOY. l

Diploma in Computer Skills for Secretaries, NIIT. Completed Hindi official lang. study for Central Govt. Employees - Prabhodh & Praveen with cash awards. I have just completed my MA I year in Public Administration and now studying for the IInd year.
My Family : I am married to Clarence Felix and my only son who is 3 years old by name Leander.
I have three elder brothers, three elder sisters and one younger brother. All are married & well settled. My mother is a house wife and my father is no more PHOTO to see
us growing up. My mother is from Pondicherry and my father is from Coimbatore,
but we were born and brought up in Bangalore.
My Interest : Love outing - places visited : Bombay, Goa, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Kerala, Pondicherry, Ooty, Kodaikanal and many more. Local trips : Mekkadattu, Yercaud, Nandi Hills, Hemagiri, Hoggenekal, Bandipur near and dear ones very often. Abroad : Malaysia - Malacca, Selangor, Penang, Klang, Kaula Lumpur... Singapore.
