Limited accommodation for out station participants will be available in institutional Guest Houses. Limited travel support is also available; requests for travel support and accommodation should be clearly mentioned in the Registration Form.

  • All participants from outside North East will be accommodated in IIT Guwahati guest house from 2nd to 6th February. Volunteers will be available in Guwahati airport and Guwahati rail station on 2nd and 3rd February to receive the participants coming from outside.

  • All the participants from the North East will be accommodated in various guest houses / hostels and in IIT Guwahati guest house on first come first serve basis.

  • Please send your accommodation requirements by e-mail to Prof. S K Dolui on or before 27.01.2004.

  • However we encourage the participants from North East to arrange their own accommodation.

  • Transport will be arranged from guest houses in Guwahati to come to the workshop at IIT Guwahati.
